Return & Refund Policy
At WRobertsshop, we aim to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns in exchange for store credit.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Store Credit
To qualify for a return and store credit, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.
- A return request must be submitted within 1–3 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our customer support team at ChavezwilS@outlook.com or call +1 (321) 245-4477 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- After receiving your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the package and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as WRobertsshop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Store Credit Issuance
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the approved returned item(s) within 2 business days.
- Store credits may be used for future purchases at WRobertsshop.
- Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- An incorrect item sent by us
- A damaged or defective product
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange either a replacement (if available) or issue store credit.
